Kathy SchwarzKathy Schwarz

  • Kathy has been with the agency since 1987, she is married to Bruce White who also works in the agency in the employee benefits and invetment department.
  • She is currently working towards her bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership at Edgewood University. 
  • Kathy is constantly busy with her three teenagers. If she isn't at work, or dreaming of becoming a professional poker player, she is on the road to some sort of sporting event.  She can always be heard cheering on her kids!
  • In her spare time (what spare time?) she can be found doing laundry, because someone has to wash all those uniforms!  She does enjoy biking, snowshoeing, working out and basketball.

Tom SchwarzTom Schwarz

  • Started with Schwarz in 1991.  Holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
  • Graduated from UW-Whitewater, where he met his wife.  They have three children.
  • Loves all kinds of sports, but at his advanced age, he only plays tennis and basketball (no fast breaks!).
  • In his spare time, he announces local high school basketball and football.

Mike Endres

  • Started at Schwarz Insurance as an intern in 2006 while he was finishing up his degree in General Business from UW-Whitewater.
  • Mike is now the State Fire, EMS & Public Entity Director.
  • Mike grew up in the Sauk Prairie area and graduated from Sauk Prairie High School.
  • Before coming to Schwarz, Mike's first job was working at Culvers. His dream job would be driving a Wisconsin Dells Duck.
  • In his spare time he can be found in the woods in search of the 30 point buck or on the lake trying to catch his next meal.

Nadene Litscher

  • Nadene began her career with Schwarz in 1989.
  • She is a licensed agent in Commercial Property and Casualty. She also hold designations in Life and Health, ACSA and AFIS.
  • Nadene grew up in Clinton, WI and attended Clinton High School. Upon graduation she continued her education at UW-Lacrosse.
  • Her first job was McDonald's and her dream job is to work at Churchill Downs.
  • She stays busy attending her two kids' activities, going to horse and cattles shows and playing bunco.

Rodd Theiler

  • Rodd has been a part of Schwarz Insurance Agency since 2000.
  • He grew up in Kiel, WI, where he attended Kiel High School, and later the UW-Madison.
  • Rodd entered the workforce as a paper boy and is striving to be a professional golfer.
  • In his spare time Rodd enjoys golfing, movies, football, exercise and traveling.

Dana Young

  • Dana started with us in 2003 and specializes in Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Individual Life, Disability and Long Term Care.
  • She grew up in Waunakee, WI, and graduated from Waunakee High School. After graduation she attended Edgewood College.
  • Dana's first job was at Pizza Pit, but someday she would love to be a Luxury Boat Test Driver.
  • In her spare time Dana likes to play outside with her son, read, go for walks, snowmobile and go boating.

Patsy Baebler

  • Patsy became a member of the Schwarz family in 1990.
  • She grew up in Lodi and attended East High School.
  • Patsy enjoys hiking, reading, gardening and enjoying each day to its fullest.
  • One day Patsy would love to take over as Vanna White on Wheel of Fortune.

Dick Beggs

  • Dick began working for Schwarz Insurance in 1998.
  • He started working in the insurance business as an adjustor for State Farm.  If Dick had a choice of jobs he would choose to be a college basketball coach.
  • Dick grew up in LaCrosse, WI, attending Aquinas High School and Loras College.
  • He has two grown children and enjoys golfing.




Don CroninDon Cronin

  • Don joined the Schwarz team in 2011, working out of our Middleton office.
  • He grew up in Waterloo, WI, selling sweet corn door to door at a young age.  Although selling corn is not his dream job he would love to be Jimmy Buffet's manager or work as a charter fishing captain in the Gulf of Mexico.
  • Don's spare time is spent with his family, including his three kids, coaching baseball and basketball, hunting with his sons, golfing, politics and travel.

Jessica Baerwolf

  • Jessica started with us in 2006.
  • She grew up in Blanchardville, WI, and attended New Glarus High School.
  • She has her Wisconsin Insurance Counselor license.
  • Jessica's first job was guiding horse trails and her dream job is being a cattle and horse rancher.
