Brian Schwarz - Owner
- Started with Schwarz in 1980, returning from Tucson, Arizona, where he went to college and waited tables at Bobby McGee's Restaurant.
- Brian is married to Lisa and has three sons, with two left in college (bills!)
- Brian lives in his grandfather's home in Prairie du Sac. His family room was the original office of Schwarz Insurance.
- Brian enjoys golf and travel.

Tom Schwarz - Owner
- Started with Schwarz In 1991. Holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
- Graduated from UW-Whitewater, where he met his wife. They have two sons and a daughter.
- Loves all kinds of sports, but at his advanced age, he only plays tennis and basketball (no fast breaks!)
- In his spare time, he announces local high school basketball and football.

Kathy Schwarz - Owner
- Kathy has been with the agency since 1987, she is married to Bruce White who also works in the agency in the employee benefits & invesment department.
- She is currently working towards her bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership at Edgewood College.
- Kathy is constantly busy with her three teenagers, if she isn't at work, or dreaming of becoming a professional poker player, she is on the road to some sort of sporting event. She can always be heard cheering on her kids!
- In her spare time (what spare time?) she can be found doing laundry because someone has to wash all those uniforms! She does enjoy biking, snowshoeing, working out and basketball.

LuAnn Welsch - Human Resource Manager
- LuAnn started with Schwarz Insurance in 1976 and has come a long way since then.
- LuAnn grew up in Prairie du Sac and her only job (besides baby sitting) has been at Schwarz.
- LuAnn enjoys watching cooking shows, dancing, gambling and watching the Badgers and Packers on TV.

Sheryl Loy - Commercial Marketing Manager
- Sheryl began her career at Schwarz Insurance in 1981 after a file clerk position with General Casualty. She has designations as an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR).
- She grew up in Arena, Wisconsin and attended River Valley High School. Her father worked at a local cheese factory and her fondest childhood memories are tasting the fresh cheese curds.
- In her spare time, Sheryl can be found at UW Hockey games along with reading and socializing with friends.

Brian Hottman - Personal Lines Manager
- Brian joined Schwarz Insurance in 2001. He has a Masters degree in Risk Management and Insurance from UW-Madison.
- Brian grew up in Dodgeville and graduated from Dodgeville High School. He still lives in Dodgeville with his wife and two kids.
- In his spare time, BHott (as we know him) spends his time attending sports activities, fishing, golfing or puttering around his country home. In the fall, he is a misguided Chicago Bears fan.

Kevin Arendt - Risk Management and Claims
- Kevin has been with us since 2005 and specializes in Risk Management. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from UW-Madison and has an Associate of Risk Management (ARM) designation.
- Kevin grew up in Wisconsin Rapids and married his high school sweetheart. They raised two daughters and currently live on scenic Lake Wisconsin.
- In his spare time Kevin enjoys gardening, boating and hiking with his dog.
- Kevin's dream job is becoming a college professor of insurance.

Mike Wood - Individual Benefits Manager
- Mike started working with Schwarz in 1995 specializing in Life, Disability and Long Term Care Products.
- Mike grew up in Sauk Prairie and attended Sauk Prairie High School.
- Mike and his wife have two children and 7 grandchildren. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family, hike and enjoys sports of all kinds.
- His first job was loading trucks at the Coca-Cola plant and his dream job is working at Schwarz Insurance.

Bob Storandt - IT Manager
- Bob began working for Schwarz Insurance in 2000 and is our IT Manager with a certification in data processing.
- His first job was working at Ray-O-Vac in Madison as a Computer Programmer/Analyst.
- Bob grew up in Wisconsin Dells and attended Wisconsin Dells High School and UW-Platteville.
- Bob has six children and 12 grandchildren and enjoys working on his hobby farm, volleyball, watching his grandkid's activities, and helping out at his church.
