Fire, EMS & Public Entity

Mike Endres

• Started at Schwarz Insurance as an intern in 2006 while he was finishing up his degree in General Business from UW-Whitewater.

• Mike is now the State Fire, EMS & Public Entity Director.

• Mike grew up in the Sauk Prairie area and graduated from Sauk Prairie High School.

• Before coming to Schwarz, Mike's first job was working at Culvers and his dream job would be driving a Wisconsin Dells Duck.

• In his spare time he can be found in the woods in search of the 30 point buck or on the lake trying to catch his next meal.

Martha Garza

• Martha became a part of the Schwarz team in 2010 as a result of an agecy purchase.

• She specializes in commercial lines and is currently working towards her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation.

• Martha's first job was as a dispatcher/secretary at a bus line in Monterrey, Mexico after she graduated from Venustiano Carranza High School & English Commercial Institute in Mexico.

• In her spare time Martha can be found spending time with with her three kids and five grandchildren or out dancing with her husband.

Cathy Peterson

• Cathy joined Schwarz in 2010 as a result of an agency purchase.

• She grew up in Columbus WI attending St. Joan Antida High School and UW Milwaukee.

• She has three children and three grandchildren and enjoys reading, walking, learning to golf and spending time with her family.
