Tom Schwarz
- Started with Schwarz in 1991. Holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
- Graduated from UW-Whitewater, where he met his wife. They have three children.
- Loves all kinds of sports, but at his advanced age, he only plays tennis and basketball (no fast breaks!).
- In his spare time, he announces local high school basketball and football.
